Group Work: This conversation below is about this lady that is calling to speak to Ms. Braun but she's out to lunch and the secretary gives a good presentation and her best assist and takes the message from the lady so that Ms. Braun can call the caller back after arriving.

Caller: Hello, this is Eveysha Garcia speaking! Can I have the pleasure to speak to Ms. Braun?

Secretary: I am sorry, but she’s out to lunch.
