Group Work: The conversation below is about this visitor that comes to an office to see Sandra Bates and she is at a reunion so the receptionist assisted him the best she could.

Visitor: Hi! My name is Eveysha Garcia from F&M Groups and I have an appointment with Sandra Bates.

Receptionist: Welcome Eveysha, Sandra Bates will be here shortly. Would you like something to drink?

Visitor: No thank you, do you have a phone that I can use?

Receptionist: Yes of course I have a phone and I also have a fax if you want to use it.

Visitor: No thanks, I just need a phone.

Receptionist: Ok, let me show you where the phone is at.

Visitor: Thank you for your help!

Receptionist: You welcome, is there anything else I can help you with?

Visitor: Is the station far from here?

Receptionist: The station is like two miles walking and like ten minutes in taxi. Would you like me to call for a taxi?

Visitor: Yes please for after I finish the reunion with Sandra Bates.

Receptionist: Ok don’t worry and you may pass to Sandra’s office.
